With its fleshy cap in an even orange colour, this wild mushroom grows in pine woods and mixed woodland from summer to winter. Its flesh is compact and granular and it has a sweet, gentle aroma, while its flavour, varying subtly depending on the terrain where it grows, has a slightly bitter final note.
Especially suitable for all kinds of stewed meats. Add it to pasta dishes or scrambled egg. It is also an excellent accompaniment to barbecued meat.
IngredientsWild saffron milk caps (Lactarius deliciosus), water, salt, acidifier (citric acid) and antioxidant (ascorbic acid)
